From an idea to a site that actually works
I'm Hesam Ziaee (MohammadHesam Ziaee Parsa), a web developer and programmer. If you need a company website, an online store, a landing page or a web application and you're not sure where to start, the first step is a short conversation: we work out what your business actually needs, pick the right technical path, and then build it.
Often the problem isn't that a site was built badly — it's that nobody decided what the site was supposed to do. Money spent on a beautiful but aimless website usually costs far more than the consulting hour that would have prevented it.
In a website design consultation, before a single word about technology, we settle three things: who the site is for, what job it does for you, and what number tells us it worked. Only then does the choice between a company site, a store, a landing page or a web app start to mean anything.
And if the conclusion is that you don't need a new website at all, I'll say so. It's better to lose a project than to build something that doesn't serve you.

I don't publish a fixed price for web design, because a number decided in advance is almost always either more or less than what you need. After the free session you get a clear, itemised estimate.
The person who takes the project is the person who writes the code and answers your messages.
There's no account manager who hands your project to someone else afterwards. Whoever gives you the estimate is whoever writes the code.
Your site isn't assembled from a purchased theme. It won't look like a hundred other sites, and changing it won't depend on whatever a plugin allows.
The site you're reading is statically generated, ships structured data and scores highly on mobile. Your project gets the same standard.
Persian right-to-left layouts alongside English ones, with correct URLs and hreflang — something that's expensive to fix if it's done wrong at the start.
If a project is outside my expertise, or the budget doesn't match the expectation, I say so at the beginning. Both our time is worth something.
